We collect your Discord ID, username, and Hay Day player tag for verification purposes. Use of the Service also implies consent to data processing as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

• Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or bypass any verification features

By using this Service, you acknowledge that verified staff members may revoke, suspend, or delete linked accounts at their discretion for reasons including, but not limited to, fraud, impersonation, or abuse.

6. Auctions and Linked Systems

If you participate in server-based features such as auctions, giveaways, or automated moderation systems, you agree to abide by the rules posted within those systems or channels. Auction submissions and participation may be moderated or rejected without warning.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, data availability, or integration with third-party platforms such as Discord or Supercell.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HayDay 🍀, its staff, and developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
